Draft – to be reviewed by a solicitor
Terms of use
These terms are between Laura Bowden, trading as Notie ("Notie", "we"), and the clinic using Notie ("you").
Who owns what
- Notie, its software, name, logo, prompts and note templates are owned by Laura Bowden.
- You get a licence to use Notie while you subscribe. You don't own the software or any copy of it.
- You own your clients' records and your clinic's data. You can download or delete it at any time from Settings.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your client records and for getting your clients' consent before recording.
- Notie writes draft notes using AI. A qualified member of your team must check every note before it is used or pasted into your records system.
- You are responsible for who you invite and what roles you give them.
Not medical advice
Notie is an admin tool. It does not give medical advice, make diagnoses or recommend treatment.
Fair use
Use Notie for your own clinic's normal work. Don't resell it, try to copy it, overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may pause accounts that do.
Plans and trial
Plans include a 14-day free trial. After that, the plan price applies monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time.
Liability
We work hard to keep Notie running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
